The death has taken place at Altnagelvin Hospital of Patrick O`Kane, 37 Laurel Drive, Strabane and formerly of Cranagh.
His remains will repose at his home from 6pm on Thursday evening August 24th.
Funeral leaving his home on Saturday August 26th at 9.30am for Requiem Mass in St Mary`s Church, Melmount at 10am, with interment afterwards in St Patrick`s Cemetery, Cranagh.
