The death has taken place at Altnagalvin Hospital of Noel Smyth, 31, Troy Park, Culmore, Derry and formerly of Dundalk.
His remains are reposing at his home.
Funeral on Thursday morning 2nd March leaving at 9.45am going to St Mary’s Church, Cockhill for 11am Requiem Mass.
Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only donations if desired to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland c/o any family member.
Family time please from 9pm until 11am.
