The death has occurred, on October 17th, 2020, peacefully, in the kind care of staff at Donegal Hospice, of John Joseph (Jack) Doherty, Glenmakee, Carndonagh (late of Buncrana, California and Massachusetts), son of the late Philip and Sarah, beloved brother of Margaret, Mary, Philip and the late Phyllis and Toby.
Sadly missed by his loving wife Joyce, son John, daughters Susan, Kathleen, Patricia and Paula, grandchildren Robert, Ryan, Patrick, Joseph and Erin, Great grandchildren Skylar and Nolan, all his in-laws, extended family and wide circle of friends.
In accordance with HSE and government guidelines, the wake and funeral are private to immediate family only. Jack’s ashes will repose at his late residence from 12 noon Tuesday.
Removal from there at 2.30pm on Wednesday for Requiem Mass at 3pm in Sacred Heart Church, Carndonagh.
