The death has taken place at his late residence of David John Middleton, 85 Primity Crescent, New Buildings formerly of 35 Braehead Road, Derry.
His remains are reposing at his late home.
Funeral from there on Monday 25th July at 1.15pm for funeral Service in Cross Roads Presbyterian Church, Cross Roads at 2pm.
Burial afterwards in Ballyowan cemetery.
