The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Billy Doherty, Kilmacrennan.
Remains will repose at his late residence from 6pm this evening, Wednesday January 9th.
Funeral Mass in St Columbas Church, Kilmacrenan at 11am on Friday morning, January 11th followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
