Planning permission sought for 30 new houses in Twin Towns

Planning permission has been submitted to Donegal County Council to construct 30 new houses in the Twin Towns.

McHugh Brothers Builders are seeking permission to demolish 21 partially built houses at Navenny to make way for 24 new two storey homes.

The plans also include a new pedestrian crossing and a play park.

Meanwhile, in a separate application, Andrei Bogdan has also applied for permission to build another six two-bed terraced houses.

Those houses are to be located at Barnes Court on Donegal Road in Ballybofey.
