House prices in Donegal have risen by 11% over the last year.
The average house price in the county is now, €170,716.
According to a new report from Daft.ie report, prices are up by around €24,000 nationally in the last 12 months.
The number of new homes in Donegal compared to September 2020 is down 37%.
