Investigations are continuing into an assault on a woman in the Glencar Road area of Letterkenny on Friday June 11th.
The woman received medical treatment after reportedly being assaulted between 9:30pm and 9:45pm.
Her injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Gardai say they are following a line of inquiry but are appealing also to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information to contact Gardai in Letterkenny.
