All to play for in Division One North as Tyrone beat Armagh

It’s all to play for heading into the final weekend of the National League Division One North as Tyrone beat Armagh 2-15 to 2-10 at the Sportsgrounds.

Tyrone got off to a flying start with Peter Harte netting just after 10 minutes but five minutes later Armagh responded with a goal of their own through Jarlath Og Burns and the sides went in level at 1-7 a piece at half time.

Conor Turbitt added Armagh’s second goal 13 minutes into second half. They then missed a penalty with Niall Morgan saving Stefan Campbell’s effort.

Mark Bradley netted shortly after the waterbreak as Tyrone finished strong to earn their first two points of the season and they join Armagh on two in the table with Donegal on three and Monaghan on one.
