Donegal County Council has been told it’s vital that work begin for the new Buncrana Town Plan as quickly as possible.
The current plan expired last year, but the Covid 19 pandemic meant work on a replacement could not progress.
Now, Cllr Rena Donaghey says the lack of a new plan is hampering development, to the extent that she has a project which cannot proceed without a rezoning decision being made:
