Shane Duffy’s loan spell with Celtic has been cut-short.
The Republic of Ireland international, who has strong Donegal connections, has thanked fans on social media for their support during a “tough year”.
The centre-back went on loan from Brighton to the Parkhead club but has not played for Celtic since February 14 and has returned south with two games left this season having picked up an injury.
