HSE want more flexibility to use J&J vaccine in Under 50s

The HSE has asked the government for flexibility to use the Johnson and Johnson Covid vaccine in people aged under 50.

It’s currently being used in those over 50 after advice from the National Immunisation Advisory Committee.

The HSE has submitted an updated rollout plan to the Department of Health for how doses should be used.

HSE CEO Paul Reid says they want to keep the momentum going…………..
