The Blood Transfusion Service is in Ballybofey for the next two days, with a special appeal going out for new donors.
National Donations Manager Steven Cousins says recent weeks have seen an increase in activities in hospitals, but the number of donations has fallen.
Because of the pandemic, attendance at the clinics is by appointment only, with donors being asked to ring 1850 731 137 to book a time.
