Ireland has now recorded over a quarter of a million cases of Covid-19.
The number of cases of the virus in Donegal has now surpassed 10,000.
A total of 10,047 cases have been recorded in the county.
Yesterday 453 new infections were reported, with no further deaths from the virus confirmed.
Upwards of a tenth of those who've caught the virus -- up to 30,000 here -- suffer the lingering post-viral illness known as "Long Covid".
Reported symptoms include breathlessness, fatigue, "brain fog", anxiety, depression and in very rare cases, paranoia.
