Working from home leads to high land prices in Donegal

 

Working from home has led to an increase in the price of land nationally.
A survey from the Irish Farmer’s Journal shows there was a 15 percent increase in the cost of land last year.
The counties with the highest prices were Donegal, Kildare and Waterford.
Paul Mooney from the Irish Farmer’s Journal said there were predictions that remote working would lead to an increase, and its starting to become a reality:
