Working from home leads to high land prices in Donegal

 

Working from home has led to an increase in the price of land nationally.

A survey from the Irish Farmer's Journal shows there was a 15 percent increase in the cost of land last year.

The counties with the highest prices were Donegal, Kildare and Waterford.
