Former Finn Harps midfielder Fergal Harkin has been linked with a top post at Celtic.
The Ballyliffin man is currently Manchester City's Football Pathways Manager where he runs an entire department devoted to players on-loan, monitoring their progress in incredible detail.
He could be in charge of as many as 40 loanees per season.
Harkin did spend some of his playing career at Leicester City where he got to know the current Celtic boss, Neil Lennon.
Reports in recent days has Harkin linked with the Director of Football role at the SPL champions.
With Celtic enduring a massively disappointing season it's been believed the club will undertake an overhaul of their football operations.
