Pfizer supply issues cause of hospital vaccination programme – Dr McCauley

A temporary delay in the supply of the Pfizer vaccine is said to be having an impact on the rollout of the vaccination programme at hospitals across the country.
While the first vaccine was administered at Letterkenny University Hospital on January 6th, all staff have yet to be vaccinated with fears raised last week that it could be the end of March before all staff receive the jab.
Donegal Doctor and Chair of the IMO GP Committee, Denis McCauley says there are still too many Covid infections in hospitals.
Dr McCauley told today’s Nine til Noon Show that there is hope all hospital staff will be vaccinated in the near future:
