Motorist arrested after suspected drugs found in car

 

A motorist has been arrested in Derry after a quantity of drugs were found in his car.
Police from Ballyarnett Neighbourhood Team were carrying out a routine traffic stop and when
with the male it became apparent he was acting unusual.
A search of the vehicle ensued with suspected drugs being found.
The male was subsequently arrested and is currently in strand road custody assisting with police with their enquiries.
