Taoiseach discussing Brexit impasse with EU colleagues

European leaders are meeting this afternoon with the Brexit trade-deal high on the agenda.
The meeting follows publication by the European Commission of contingency plans for a no-deal scenario.
They’re intended to ensure air travel, freight and passenger travel can continue between UK and EU even if there’s no deal.
Arriving at the European Council meeting Taoiseach Micheál Martin said there’s a big challenge ahead of them……………..
