There has been a further 306 new Covid-19 cases and one additional death.
17 of this evening’s confirmed cases are in Donegal where the 14 day incidence rate continues to rise, now standing at 223.6 per 100,000 of the population.
The 14 day incidence rate of the virus for Ireland is now at 89.2.
