Legal action delaying Moville Wastewater Treatment plan – Irish Water

Irish Water says it wants to proceed with a wastewater scheme in Moville, but a High Court challenge brought by a land owner means it’s not possible to say when they will be able to proceed.
The town is one of the eight areas of concern identified earlier by the Environmental Protection Agency.
