School evacuated in Derry security alert

 
There is a security alert on Buncrana Road in Derry.
A public safety operation is underway.
St Columb’s College is being evacuated and a number of cordons have been put in place in the immediate area.
No homes have been evacuated at this time.
Police are due to issue further details shortly.
