Maxi Curran reflects on Donegal’s defeat to Dublin

Donegal Ladies look to have had their All Ireland campaign ended for this year after they were defeated 2-13 to 2-10 by Dublin.
Maxi Curran’s side trailed at half time but fought their way back into the game with a Geraldine McLaughlin goal in the second half before Dublin found the back of the net in the most bizarre way through Sinead Ahearne, when her shot which looked to be heading over the bar, struck the upright and went straight into the back of the net.
Donegal are now reliant on Waterford to beat Dublin or Maxi Curran’s side are eliminated from the the All Ireland series.
