Donegal Deputy lodges complaint over Eir’s lack of customer response

Donegal Deputy Thomas Pringle has lodged a complaint with ComReg over Eir’s failure to respond to customers.
There have been long running issues with people across Donegal struggling to receive a response from the company via multiple channels.
Deputy Pringle says he was left with no other choice but to take such action.
