All foreign holidays should continue to be ‘off limits’

People shouldn’t go on holiday to any of the countries included in the ‘green list’, according to a leading health expert.
The list is now unlikely to be published until at least tomorrow, after the EU summit held it up.
It will include a limited number of countries where people can go without having to quarantine when they return – but not the US or Britain.
But UCC professor Gerry Killeen says all foreign holidays should continue to be off limits.
