Charlie McConalogue appointed a junior minister

Donegal Deputy Charlie McConalogue has been appointed Minister of State.
He will serve in the Department of Justice, with special responsibility for law reform.
The appointment was confirmed in a statement last night by Taoiseach Michael Martin
