Warning to stay safe on roads as road deaths increase 9%

A warning’s going out to people to stay safe on the roads this Bank Holiday Weekend.
The Road Safety Authority and Gardaí say there’s been a nine per cent increase in road deaths.
60 people have been killed in crashes so far this year, up from 55 at the same time last year.
