Glenveagh to get first two electric buses in Ireland

 

Glenveagh National Park is set to receive the first two electric buses in Ireland.
A contract has been signed with commercial vehicle distributor Harris Group to supply two electric buses to the popular amenity.
The project is co-funded by the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, Failte Ireland and the Department of Rural And Community Affairs under the Rural Regeneration Development Fund.
Local Cllr Michael McBride says Glenveagh is the ideal location and a positive move for the area:
