A man has appeared in court, charged with the murder of Lyra McKee in Derry.
The journalist – who was 29 – was shot dead last April during a riot.
52 year old Paul McIntyre from Derry is also accused of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life – and claiming to be a member of a banned organisation.
The New IRA says it was behind the killing.
