Shane Duffy to be fit for Slovakia

Republic of Ireland manager Mick McCarthy’s allayed fears over Shane Duffy’s fitness ahead of next month’s Euro 2020 playoff with Slovakia
The Brighton defender underwent surgery last week to remove a blood clot in his leg.
But McCarthy says he’s spoken with Duffy who assures him he’ll be fine for the trip to Bratislava.
