Foyle MLA McCartney steps down

Foyle MLA Raymond McCartney has announced his intention to step down from the Assembly.
The Sinn Fein MLA says it has been an honour and a privilege to represent the people of Foyle and the time has come for him to step down from the Assembly after 15 years.
