Martin McHugh & Brendan Kilcoyne react to the new two tier All-Ireland Senior Football Championship


It was revealed on Saturday that the motion to make the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship a two tier structure has passed.
Teams in Division Three and Four of the League will play in the new 16 team second tier, unless they reach their provincial final.
