A clean-up operation is currently underway at Kilcar football pitch after overnight flooding caused considerable damage to the grounds.
The pitch, dressing rooms and club house are all said to be affected.
Manager John Carr says the club hasn’t suffered such a major incident like this in a long time.
He also says while there was a weather warning in place, they didn’t envisage such damage would occur:
