Derry City face Dundalk as Europa League chase continues

Derry City’s chase for a Europa League spot in the SSE Airtricity League continues tonight, as they take on champions Dundalk at Oriel Park.
In their previous matchups this season, Derry have had three 2-2 draws against Dundalk in regulation time this season, one of those coming in their EA Sports Cup final defeat in a penalty shootout last month.
Derry currently occupy third position with 4 games to go in the season.
Fourth placed Bohemians are one point behind Derry as they welcome Cork City to Dalymount tonight.
And fifth placed St. Pat’s need a win at home to Waterford to keep their hopes alive.
Derry will be missing midfielder Jack Malone after he picked up an injury this week in training, but have no other fresh injury concerns to report.
Derry manager Declan Devine says that any game against Dundalk is tough, no matter the circumstances…
