The Dail has heard that community-led projects in Donegal are under a constant threat of closure due to inadequate funding from Government.
At the first Leaders’ Questions after the summer recess, Donegal Deputy Thomas Pringle spoke of the struggles for Lifeline Inishowen, iCare and the Bluestacks Special Needs Foundation to keep their services operating despite demand for them increasing.
He challenged the Government to commit funding for the services into the future:
