New car registrations in Donegal continue to fall

The Society of the Irish Motor Industry of Ireland is calling on the Government to refrain from increasing taxes on new cars in Budget 2020.
It comes as new figures released today show that the total new car registrations for the month of August are down 11% in Donegal, slightly below the national average which was down 13%.
Nationally, there has been a 10.2% rise in the number of imported used cars registered in August.
