13 people awaiting in-patient beds at LUH

There were 13 people awaiting in-patient beds at Letterkenny University Hospital this morning, four of them waiting on Emergency Department trolleys. That’s a fall of one on yesterday’s figure.
According to the INMO, 440 admitted patients were without beds across the country, the largest number, 59, at University Hospital Limerick.
Sligo had the fourth highest figure in the state at 34.
