A man has sustained serious head injuries following an assault in Milford.
The attack happened on the Main Street of the town yesterday evening at approximately 5.45pm.
The victim was rushed to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment.
Investigations are continuing with Garda Grainne Doherty urging any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward:
