Man dies following quad bike crash in Mountcharles

A man in his 40s has died following a quad bike collision in the Mountcharles area last evening.
The driver of the quad, sustained serious head injuries when he came off the bike while travelling on a local road at Mullinboys at around 7pm.
He was taken by ambulance to Letterkenny University Hospital and later transferred to Beaumont Hospital where he has since passed away.
Gardaí in Donegal are continuing to investigate the single vehicle collision.
