No people awaiting in-patient beds at LUH today

There were no people awaiting in-patient beds at Letterkenny University Hospital this morning, down from ten yesterday.
The zero figure comes on the same day as the opening of the first ten beds in the hospital’s long awaited Short Stay ward.
Nationally, the INMO says there were 415 admitted patients awaiting beds across the country this morning, the highest number, 45, at University Hospital Limerick.
