Hate crime laws in Northern Ireland set to be reviewed

 

Hate crime laws in Northern Ireland are set to be reviewed.
A judge will carry out the independent examination of areas including sentencing, and a new definition of what an offence involves.
It’s due to take place over the next year, with a report expected by May 2020.
