One of the first of its kind, A ‘Drive it Home’ anti-litter campaign is being launched today in West Donegal.
The initiative aims to encourage people to drive their litter home rather than throw it our the car window.
The campaign is being launched today in Dungloe in conjunction with Donegal County Council, local schools and Tidy Towns groups in The Rosses.
Nuala Bonner from Dungloe Tidy Towns group says the idea was borne out of the success of the Big Donegal Clean Up 2019:
