A cross border project which brings young people from together has celebrated its first anniversary this week, after providing personal development and training to around 200 young people from across Northern Ireland, as well as counties Donegal and Cavan.
The Third Space project is backed by the EU's Peace 4 programme, and operated by the social justice charity Extern, and Verbal, an organisation that promotes the power of the spoken and written word.
The project is also supported by Stormont and the Irish government.
As well as job training, the project is aimed at reducing social isolation and developing a deeper sense of community awareness.
Ken Keane of Extern says it's been a success..............
