Almost 30 people awaiting admission to LUH

 

There were 28 people awaiting admission to Letterkenny University Hospital this morning according to the latest trolley watch report.
Seven people were on trolleys in its Emergency Department while a further 21 were waiting on wards.
The number is down significantly on yesterday’s figure of 40.
University Hospital Limerick was the most overcrowded with 48 people waiting there.
Nationally, there were 489 people waiting at hospitals across the country today.
