The number of people on hospital trolleys has hit 631 - the highest recorded this year.
30 people were waiting on a bed at LUH this morning - 7 on trolleys and 23 waiting on wards.
University Hospital Limerick is the most over-crowded with 55 patients waiting on a bed.
That's followed by 50 at Sligo University Hospital, according to the INMO.
