It’s been confirmed that planning permission has been granted for a new €2.5 million primary health care centre in Dunfanaghy, with construction set to get underway within six to eight weeks.
Local election candidate Michael McClafferty, a long time campaigner for the new centre, says that assuming there are no delays, the work should be complete within a year.
