The cost of house prices both in Donegal and across the country are continuing to rise.
Latest figures from Daft.ie's Q1 House Price Report show the cost of a house in Donegal was 5% higher in the first three months of 2019 than the same time last year.
Latest figures from Daft.ie's quarterly house price report show the average price of a house nationally is now €261,000, that's €15,000 higher than this time last year.
In Donegal, prices for the first three months of 2019 were 5% higher than a year previously, compared to a fall of 2% seen a year ago. The average house price here is now 28% above its lowest point, at €146,000 euro.
In Dublin, prices are continuing the upward trend, with average prices rising by an average of 74% since their lowest point in mid 2012. Average house prices there stand at €383,000
