Curtis and Portsmouth win at Wembley

Ronan Curtis returned from injury on Sunday to help Portsmouth win the CheckatradeTrophy for the first time at Wembley.

Pompey came from behind to force extra-time and took the lead with five minutes to go, before Aiden McGeady's second goal of the game sent the tie to spot kicks.

Portsmouth triumphed 5-4 on penalties, with Lee Cattermole the only player to miss.

Former Derry City man Curtis lined out for the first time since severing his finger which he trapped in a door.
