Cathal McShane says the Tyrone players are excited about the task at hand as they look to beat Donegal in Ballybofey this Sunday.
The neighbours meet to decide who will play in the All Ireland Semi Final seven days later.
Having moved up from Under21, McShane made his senior debut at MacCumhaill Park in the 2015 first round Ulster Championship defeat to the hosts.
The banter in the McShane household has been bigger that every, given his relations with Tory Island and Falcarragh in Donegal.
