Disqualified tractor driver faces court after being caught by Gardai

Gardai in Donegal have caught a disqualified motorist driving a tractor in Lifford. 
It’s understood that the driver in question was caught in recent days and found to have no insurance and no licence.
The driver was subsequently charged and will appear in court at a later date.
